TriMas Packaging is proud to announce that our manufacturing facility in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, has successfully achieved ISO 50001:2018 certification, the global standard for energy management systems (EnMS). This milestone demonstrates our commitment to continuously improving energy performance and reducing environmental impact.

Achieving ISO 50001 demonstrates the team’s commitment to meeting the standard’s comprehensive requirements, including establishing an energy policy, defining measurable targets, implementing action plans and continuously monitoring and improving energy performance. This structured framework strengthens efficiency, supports cost optimization and advances our broader sustainability strategy.
In October 2025, TriMas Packaging celebrated the grand opening of its new 10,000-square-meter, state-of-the-art facility in the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park II-A (VSIP II-A) in Ho Chi Minh City. The relocation from our previous site, just a few miles away, marked a key milestone in expanding regional capabilities and enhancing service to customers across Southeast Asia and worldwide.
In addition to ISO 50001 certification, the facility also achieved recertification at the new site for:
- ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems
- ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems
- ISO 45001: Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
